Grace Celebration Food Pantry is a proud Partner Agency of the Mid-South Food Bank. This partnership allows us to better serve qualified Cordova families in the 38016 and 38018 zip codes.
To comply with Mid-South Food Bank (MSFB) and USDA regulations, all families must fill out a registration form on your first visit.
We will require a driver’s license or a recent bill (e.g., MLGW bill or mortgage statement) showing your residency in either the 38016 or 38018 zip code.
Names and birthdates of each household member are needed
In addition, you will be asked to affirm demonstrated need – either in the form of proof of secondary services, or by signing that you are within state income eligibility requirements OR you have an emergency need. Information will be provided to the Mid-South Food Bank according to their reporting requirements.
Previous visitors to the pantry may need to check if their registration is up-to-date and completely filled out. Once it is complete you will only need to review and update this registration annually or if your family situation changes, so subsequent visits will be shorter.
Dates of operation: Grace Celebration Food Pantry is open the third Monday of each month from 5-7 pm or while food supplies last.
